30 Muscle Ups for time

Modified 30 muscle ups for time down to

20 rounds for time of:

3 pull ups
3 dips

18:22

Pretty good scaling. Wouldn't have wanted to do the 30 sets of 4 pull ups and 4 dips which is the standard scaling... OUCH...
