Welcome to my fitness conscience...
This is where I go for my personal accountability because if I know if some of you are checking on me, then I'll be MORE MOTIVATED to hit another workout and post my results... REST LATER...!!!
Perform 10 repetitions of the following exercises every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
10 Push ups
10 Sit ups
10 Squats
Will do it for time next time, should take about 8:30 unless pushups give out early.
