Another smoker. Just when you think AMRAP in 20 minutes might be a tough "METCON" workout, it kicks my ass up and down the weight room and turns into another suck-fest that I just hope to survive...GAWD, I LOVE CROSSFIT!!! THANKS COACH!!!
