45-lb Thrusters (50 reps)
30 pull ups
Set damper to "6" and it was 'easier' for about the first minute, then
it really, really gassed me. Might try "4" next time. Thrusters were
brutal, need more strength work. Pull ups were 5-3-2-2-2...
CrazyWife's first movie...she's really going to juice up our sites now...
