Pushy Helen* (8:44)

Workout #2 of day two of the cert. Good introduction to the
effectiveness of Kb swings.

Run about 400 meters
21 dumbbell swings (30#)
12 push ups

3 rounds for time.

Pretty good splits, 2:50, 2:51, 3:03.
